To take an order we ask for your name and phone number. If you choose delivery, we also ask for your address and area. Giving us an email address is optional.

We store the items you ordered, the total, how you chose to pay, and the status of the order as the kitchen works through it.

You do not need an account to order, and we never ask you to create a password.

Only to cook and hand over your order: to call you if something about it is unclear, to deliver it to the right door, and to keep our own sales records.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send you marketing messages.

We never see or store them. Cash orders are settled at handover; for online payment you transfer the amount yourself and our staff verify it against the bank reference.

After you place an order we send you to a tracking page whose link contains a long, random token. Anyone holding that link can see that order — so treat it as private and don't share it publicly. It only ever reveals that one order.

Order records are kept so we can produce sales reports. If you would like your details removed from a past order, contact us and we will do it.
